Group B vitamins have many common features, to which we include water solubility and (except inositol) to, that they contain nitrogen in their molecule. In larger quantities, they occur together in the same natural products, e.g.. yeast, bran etc.. They are necessary as the ingredients of enzymes. The human system does not have the ability to create inputs of vitamins B group B.
