While playing the basket, I suffered a lower back injury. I went to the doctor, who did some different tests to me. None of them showed anything! I was happy, but – Pain during training – remained. Sometimes it hurts so much, that I feel like everything. I'm curious, Could you do something?
I'm always sorry, When I hear about such problems. I experienced something similar myself a dozen or so years ago, So I can say, that I know this pain perfectly well. I can tell you, what I did then. At the beginning I put it on 2 weeks training. When I started training again, I practiced "reduced”: 2 rest days, 1 training day, itd.
In this way I allowed my body to regenerate, fighting injury. As for training, I accused the movement, which burden the back. I also do not recommend you to perform deadlifts, squats with a barbell or paddling in falling. These exercises can be replaced by others. For example, instead of rowing with a barbell, I was paddling on the machine lying on my chest, thanks to which the lower parts of my back were not forced. You can also replace bending with a barbell on standing bending by sitting sitting.
The purpose of these changes was to train muscles around the injury place, waiting for some time, for the body to fight the injury, and then gradually returned to normal training. I know, that such a situation is frustrating, But that normal. Remember, that everyone once catches some injury, But ME means, that you need to break your hands and despair. You will find out, that it will pass quickly, And you will be strong again, and maybe even stronger than before. All the best and head up!
