Why are we overeating

Most often we eat beyond measure for three reasons: to comfort, relax or kill boredom. Example? "I have so little pleasure in my life" – You translate in front of you, biting peanuts.

To forget about trouble at work, You run cookies in crunchy. Or you are looking for a search in cabinets of various delicacies, because in your life nothing happens and you don't know, what to do with free time.

How to escape from this trap?

When you feel, that tension is growing in you, Try to disarm an emotional bomb quickly. But not with food! Try e.g.. run down the stairs, touched negative emotions. Either hit the pillow with your fists or put it on.

You live in a rush?You get nervous before talking to the boss? You need more silencing than unloading energy. So take a few deep breaths, Listen to relaxing music or count all the green items in the room. You will feel relaxed. And you won't get a gram!
